Services
The facility will be available from April through October. We can host a variety of wedding related events such as engagement parties, showers, elopements, ceremonies, and receptions. Venue can also be rented hourly. Our barn meets all construction and public safety requirements.
THE RENTAL FEE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests
Tablecloths and some decor available
Heated and air conditioned dressing rooms for the wedding party
Catering prep kitchen with private entrance
Two handicap accessible restrooms
Pet friendly
Indoor/ Outdoor outlets
Free Wi-Fi for bridal party and vendors

Parking for 100 cars with management for one hour prior to ceremony or guest arrival time

All day access to venue on Saturday 9am-11pm

Weekday rentals offered Monday-Thursday ($150 hr)

WEDDING EVENT PRICING:
2022 Prices: Weekend bookings $3,500
Sunday Weddings available 12pm-10pm $1,500
ADDITIONAL EVENT PRICING:
Sunday-Thursday Events: These will be Sundays at Noon or Monday-Thursday. The rental fee is $150 per hour.
**All events require a refundable $500 security deposit
